* Promote the creation of in-person businesses where the purpose is to provide give people a place to meet a potential sexual procreation partner, because finding partner in this way is higher in life skills. Too often people are just meeting their partners at a bar, at work, online, or randomly on the streets and it involves sexual harassment.
